If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

User Registration

You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be entirely responsible for your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Products

All prices exclude Goods & Services Tax (7%). Seacon Solutions reserves the rights to change prices without prior notice at any time.

We make every conscientious effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colour, features, specifications and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colours and details of the products.

All products are subjected to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock.  We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any point of time for any reason without any prior notice. Prices for all products are subjected to change.

Payments

All prices listed on our website are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Full payment is required when placing your order in our online shop.

All our online transactions are processed via PayPal for credit card payment.

Delivery Terms

The delivery terms clause of the eCommerce Terms and Conditions is also referred as the “Shipping Policy” and includes the basic shipping/delivery policy for our online store. 

Local delivery is available and is subjected to additional delivery charges due to special arrangements and requests such as special timing, location within CBD, Sentosa Area, etc. Overseas delivery is available as well, and is subjected to changes without prior notice due to potential shipping freight changes and restrictions.

Self-collection is available at the Seacon Solutions warehouse during operating hours. 

Please call us for further inquiries.  We shall make every effort to fulfil orders placed by customers through our online store.  Seacon Solutions will not be liable to any person if we decline to fulfil an order for whatever reason, or if Seacon Solutions is unable to supply an order because of an unforeseen circumstance, or due to unavailability of Products.

All delivery dates are only approximate estimates. Seacon Solutions will not be held liable for any inconvenience and any potential damage arising from the delay in delivery of the goods.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation of orders is not accepted after payment is received.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

If there is an issue with the quality of the product received, or if you have received an incorrect product, please contact us immediately for remedy.

Liability & Return Policy

Any defect in the quality, quantity and condition of the goods should be notified by the Customer to Seacon Solutions online store, on receipt of the goods and the delivery should be refused by the Customer. If the Customer does not notify us and accepted the delivery, Seacon Solutions online store will not accept liability for such defect and the Customer will be required to pay for the goods in full as if delivered, refund and exchange will not be entertained.

Privacy Policy

Seacon Solutions online store does not disclose the Customers information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
